Partnership Agreement with USJ

USJ and CME breaking the norms for a Universal Student Management System.

USJ and CME SAL signed on November 25 a partnership agreement to build a state-of-the-art student information management system.

The system will be universal, supporting European and American educational curriculums, using the world-class technologies in design, development, and user experience. The system will allow USJ to manage all aspects of academic life program definition, student admission, enrollment, evaluation and graduation.

Professor Selim Daccache s.j., Rector of the Saint Joseph of Beirut, stated that this partnership “confirms our will to continue moving forward despite the deep crisis and daily challenges”. He expressed the technology sector’s importance for Lebanon’s growth.

Wissam Youssef, CEO of CME, said “this partnership falls under the company’s commitment to Lebanon and to the country’s educational sector, source of excellent talents, and a key contributor to economic recovery.”

Bringing together USJ’s domain expertise and CME’s best engineering and design practices and experience, the envisioned system first release is expected to launch in 2021.
