  • Context: A global mobile network operator and home entertainment provider, serving more than 18 million subscribers across 31 countries, needed to continuously evolve its digital platforms to deliver competitive user experiences at scale.
  • Challenge: Rapid time-to-market, cost efficiency, and the ability to adapt to the unique constraints of remote and emerging regions were critical requirements.
